After exploring your options, our design team presents floor plans and sketches developed to reflect and capture key elements of your design goals, while working within the constraints of floor space and your ideal budget.
A series of options and proposals are explored to determine a general direction. Your final vision along with the scope of work are detailed in a specifications package of blue prints produced to establish the construction budget and obtain a building permit. We outline every detail of your renovation including instructions for carpenters and other trades to ultimately ensure your successful project completion.
Our design team focus on specific finishing details such as cabinetry styles, countertops, flooring, plumbing, paint and electrical fixtures to present a preliminary floor plan, detailed millwork drawings and finish schedule. Before construction begins we review the construction budget, schedule and finish details so that you know exactly what you’ve selected, what your project costs are, when we will start and when we finish.
Our project manager is assigned to your project while materials are ordered, equipment, tools and supplies are delivered, work crews and subcontractors are scheduled for construction to begin. Our Project Assurance Formula assures you from the start a quality build success as blue prints are closely monitored and referenced to meet your schedule. Pre-scheduled meetings keep you fully informed of status and progress and if there are any deficiencies, they are noted and dealt with in a prompt manner.
After final inspection and approval you are ready to move in. Warranties and a manual containing care and upkeep for purchased goods are provided. We schedule a follow-up within six weeks and within a year to ensure everything is as expected.
